The topic of petrol are still hot and fresh in kopitiams and web. A news about petrol card have been announced yesterday by Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop. I’d like to make proposal on how we can make it happen. Here we go :

By using this method, we will control the amount of money given out. We will focus on giving to those needed. The low to mid income earner will get more, and the rich gets less. After all, the rich using big cars and big car uses more petrol, and we don’t wanna give more to those who can afford buying a RM200k car. So for those who gets lets, example RM30 per month, they might accumulate the amount of subsidy and only use it when they feel like to. As a bonus, the petrol company can provide a point accumulating scheme everytime customers buy petrol using their own money. And later redeem the points. For example 3 points = RM1.
These proposal however still need to be revised and studied to suit the mechanism. Anyway, its good if it really helps.
